Returns and Refund Policy

At APNIKART, we strive to ensure you love what you buy. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Window

Lifestyle & Apparel: 15 days from the date of delivery.
Electronics & Home Decor: 7 days from the date of delivery.
Innerwear & Beauty: For hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable unless received in a damaged condition.

Conditions for Return

Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.
If a product was part of a "Buy 1 Get 1" or a bundle offer, all items in the bundle must be returned together.

Refund Process

Quality Check: Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Refund Mode:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment mode (Bank Account/Credit Card) within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): You will be asked to provide bank details or receive the refund as ApniCash in your APNIKART wallet.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Personal care/Grooming products.
Customized or personalized items.
Precious Jewellery (refer to the Kalyan Jewellery specific T&C for exchange policies).
