You can change the address as long as the order has not been "Shipped." Go to 'My Orders' and check if the 'Edit Address' option is available.

Shipping is FREE on orders above ₹799. For orders below this value, a nominal convenience fee is charged, which will be visible at checkout.

ApniCash is our loyalty currency. You earn it through special promotions like "APNIKART ka Tofha." 1 ApniCash is equivalent to ₹1 and can be used to pay for future purchases.

On the 'Bag' page, click on 'Apply Coupon' before proceeding to checkout. You will see a list of available offers for your order.

Ensure your order meets the minimum transaction value (e.g., ₹3,500 for Kotak Bank). Also, check if you are using an eligible card type as per the specific bank's T&C.

Go to 'My Orders', select the item you wish to return, and click 'Return'. Ensure the tags are intact and the product is unused.

Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment mode.

Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before it is out for delivery. Go to 'My Orders' and click 'Cancel'.

The Wishlist allows you to save items you love but aren't ready to buy yet. We’ll notify you if an item in your Wishlist goes on sale!

Every product page features a 'Size Chart' link. We recommend checking your measurements against the chart as sizes vary between brands.
